♡ What are available bank for IDR transfer?
⇨ All banks are available.
♡ What is your mode of payment for php?
⇨ GCash is the only available for now.
♡ What is your mode of delivery for items at ph address? ⇨ Shopee checkout and direct GGX.
♡ What is our mode of delivery if i will opt for own box?
⇨ We mostly use shopee international checkout too, but can use other international couriers.
♡ When is the eta of the box?
⇨ For box sharing from Indonesia, eta is 7-9 days if there are no delays. For box sharing from PH, the eta is around 4-5 weeks if there are no delays.
♡ How much is your rates?
⇨ 260-290 rates, it depends per day.
♡ How does this work?
⇨ For shopee checkout, you can just send us the link then we will convert it to php/idr. For bank transfer, send us the amount you need then we will convert it into php/idr. For warehouse services, message us on twitter on what will be your items.
♡ When do you ship the boxes/items?
⇨ For box sharing, we ship on the first week of the next month. For solo box, anytime as long as the admins are available.
♡ When is the cut off for the monthly box sharing?
⇨ The cut off is usually until last day of the month.
♡ Do you open the items we sent on your address?
⇨ Usually, yes, so we can take a picture for our updates, but you can request to not open it, just let us know what and how many the item/s are.

Terms & Conditions

Fees

♡ COD for both INA and PH address are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
♡ We usually don't ship the freebies, unless the owner asked for it and is willing to pay for the additional fees for it.
♡ We don't checkout item/s unless the buyer fully paid for it.
♡ We won't be releasing items if the buyer / owner didn't paid for all of the fees needed.
♡ If the item/s is/are unclaimed for a month at PH address, it will be discarded.
♡ We won't be liable for any mishandling / damages while the item is handed to couriers. We will also inform you if your items have any damages before releasing it.

Depends on the items weight, estimated price:
Small items (paper based) 20 - 35 PHP.
Bigger items (album, dolls, keychains, acrylics, etc.) 35 - 150 PHP.Items from PH warehouse
*Fee checkout — 10k/link.
*Warehouse fee — paper based 15k-20k / tracking.
